Return Policy:

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 15 days, with original packaging and receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. Exchanges will be shipped back to you at no extra charge. For your protection, retain a copy of the original receipt or gift receipt. Pack the merchandise using the original shipping box or mailer. Please be sure the package is taped and labeled clearly and sent insured postage paid. Enclose the original merchandise receipt in the shipment-indicating the reason for the return. Do not send any package C.O.D., as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D.  Please mail your item for exchange or return to: 625 4th Avenue South Nashville, TN 37210

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

We offer three shipping options: standard, second-day, and next day.

The shipping and handling rates shown with our merchandise descriptions are approximate; the precise charge cannot be determined until you choose a shipping option.  Delivery is to the United States and some U.S. territories.

STANDARD Delivery is within 2-7 business days from when your package leaves our warehouse.

SECOND-DAY Delivery is expected within 2 business days from when your package leaves our warehouse.  A signature is required. Weekend delivery is not available.

NEXT DAY Delivery is expected the next business day after your package leaves our warehouse. A signature is required. Weekend delivery is not available. NEXT DAY Delivery is available on orders placed before 12:00 CST. 

Shipping times above do not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Express shipping is not available for Saturday deliveries.
